*Re-examining Henry VI*

Wrote last time about how the history of Henry VI didn't really click with Americans because we have no concept of that kind of history, but I got to thinking about it. you have two groups of competing houses, all backed by various governors, leaders, rich landowners, and money-lenders.

On second though...Henry VI has the EXACT same plot (minus a few cut-out tongues) as the US presidential elections this year. hmmm...I wonder where the phrase...

"Then, executioner, unsheathe thy sword.
By him that made us all, I am resolv'd
That [this guy's] manhood lies upon his tongue."

...fits into the election.
